Things you may wish to know:

These cows will almost certainly be sold in multiple different lots.
Each individual cow comes with an estimated calving date.
These cows were preg-tested in early November and can be tested again prior to delivery.
These cattle are all home raised here on the ranch near Two Dot, MT.
These cattle are sired by bulls from the following breeders:
- %50 Sired by bulls from VanDyke Angus of Manhattan, MT.
- %40 Sired by bulls from the Fort Logan Ranch of White Sulphur Springs, MT.
- %10 Sired by bulls from Green Mountain Angus of Barber, MT.
These cattle are all bred to bulls from VanDyke Angus and the Fort Logan Ranch.
These cows are all commercial black angus.
These cows are all black, no baldies.
These cattle all have a single, one iron brand on their right hip.
These cattle averaged 1234lbs when we preg tested in early November. They have gained weight since then however, so please expect them to weigh a little closer to 1,300lbs in January.
These cows have EID tags. The few that don’t will have them added before delivery.
These cows are all certified by the Audubon Conservation Ranching Program.
We typically retain our calves until about 18 months of age. We have been selling the yearlings with the following certifications for over 10 years.
- Source and Age Verified (SAV)
- Non-Hormone Treated Cattle (NHTC)
- Verified Natural Beef (VNB)
- Global Animal Partnership Certified (GAP-4)
These cattle are all trained to electric fence and to Vence virtual fence collars.
